Welcome to WatchNext ("we", "us" or "our"). WatchNext is operated by Bohdan Kuznetsov, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WatchNext website (https://watchnext.ai) and mobile applications (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to register for an account.
2.2. Registration Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
2.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.1. Plans: The Service is free to use. WatchNext Pro is an optional paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that removes the daily limit on recommendation requests, adds a Pro badge to your profile and removes ads in the mobile apps. Current prices and any free trial are shown on thePro page and at checkout.
3.2. Web purchases: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject toPaddle's Buyer Terms.
3.3. App purchases: Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Pro bought on one platform is available on all of them when you sign in to the same account.
3.4. Renewal and cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Web subscriptions are cancelled in Settings → Subscription on watchnext.ai; app subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. If a plan includes a free trial, you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
3.5. Refunds: Refunds for web purchases are described in ourRefund Policy, including a 14-day refund guarantee on your first payment. Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
4.1. Ownership: All content in the Service, including our name, logo, trademarks, graphics, visual designs, and AI models, is our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
4.2. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service as permitted in these Terms.
5.1. Feedback License: If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate such feedback into the Service without compensation or attribution.
6.1. AI Agent Behavior: Our AI Agent may generate content that is incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise misleading ("hallucinations"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any recommendations or information provided by the AI Agent.
6.2. No Professional Advice: The Service is for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our officers, directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms and any disputes related to them are governed by the laws of Ukraine without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
